A Colombian transgender model, Danna Sultana, has shared a touching photo on Instagram of her kissing her husband Esteban Landrau’s prominent eight-month baby bump. Born male and identifying as female, Danna is expecting a child with Esteban, who was born female but identifies as male.
The model posted the loving image to her 219,000 followers, using the hashtag ‘Love Is Love’. The couple conceived their baby naturally, as both Danna and Esteban have retained their natural organs, according to reports from local media. At eight months pregnant, Esteban experienced what he thought were contractions and feared he was entering premature labor. The anxious couple quickly went to a local hospital and alerted their family to prepare for the early arrival of their son.
However, the doctors reassured them that Esteban’s symptoms were typical for the eighth month of pregnancy, particularly since their baby is quite large. Following this relief, they returned home to continue preparations for their son’s arrival. In a charming video shared on Danna’s social media, she is seen lovingly kissing and caressing Esteban’s baby bump while he smiles at the camera.
The couple has also shared tender photos from their garden, announcing that they will name their son Ariel. On Monday, Danna posted another photo alongside her husband’s baby bump, captioning it: “We almost have our beloved.” The announcement of their pregnancy was first made in February with a joyful photo of the couple smiling at the camera, alongside the caption: “Dreams do come true.”
Throughout their pregnancy journey, Danna and Esteban have received an outpouring of support from their followers on Instagram.
